Ian Aubry Lucas, age 25, of Hammond, Indiana passed away October 10, 2017. He is survived by his loving parents Sandy Surita and David Lucas; dear brothers and sisters: Derrek (Madeline) Lucas, Bethany (Travis) Schilling, Troy Lucas, Ellen Lucas, Megan Lucas and Jordan Lucas; beloved grandparents: Ernest and Patricia Lucas, and June Surita; numerous cherished nieces and nephews. Ian was preceded in death by his grandfather Alfred Surita.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life on Sunday, October 22, 2017 directly at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church: 500 Northgate Drive, Dyer, IN 46311 for a visitation from 1-4 p.m. followed by a service officiated by Rev. Charles Niblick.
