Those we love don't go away. They walk besides us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and very dear. "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal"

Brandon was such a sweet and kind young man. He had a smile that would light up a room. His love of animals was as big as his heart. He will always be remembered as a young man who was a great friend, man and loving person to those who were blessed enough to know him.

It is still hard to find words........You will be forever in my heart. Your baby pic is still on my fridge ..... I regret that I couldn't be there for you. I pray for your mom and dad because the pain they must feel is unimaginable. And I pray for you to be free of pain. Your aunt Bea

To the Kooken parents and family,
I express my deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences regarding the loss of your wonderful son, who was a friend of my daughter. Any time we lose one of our youth to tragedy, we all lose. As just a small token of what I can do, and in Brandon's honor, I would like to extend the offer of free grief counseling to any members of your family, or any friend who is suffering as a result of Brandon's passing. May you find comfort in God's loving embrace and the support of your community during this difficult time. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime.

I am so sorry for your loss. May the Kooken family find some comfort in knowing that God will soon end all pain and suffering. He also promises that we will see our loved ones again by means of a resurrection (Revelation 21:4, Acts 24:15). But until then, I hope the memories of Brandon and these promises bring peace and comfort in the days ahead. My condolences to the family during this difficult time.

My Dear Kookie
Nothing is harder than this. Your light has been extinguished far to early and the thought of never getting another message from my Shaggy is to much to bear. Our family is so fortunate to have spent so much time with you and have so many wonderful memories. I was always in your corner and rooting you on...the world is not quite as sweet without you in it. My prayers to all your family and friends, how I wish this could be undone. Luv Ya To The Moon and Back. Forever your Mama C
