Vivian M. Berg (née Lund)

Vivian M. Berg (née Lund), age 92, of Crown Point, Indiana; formerly of Munster, Lansing, and Chicago passed away September 15, 2023. She is survived by her nieces Sherry (Richard) Seef, Lois (Chuck) Seng, Susan (Nick) Yekich and Sandra (Matt) Bapple; nephew-in-law Austin Bapple; numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews. Vivian was preceded in death by her husband E. Dale Berg, brother Morry (Phyllis) Lund Jr. and niece Lora Bapple.

Vivian was the definition of a Great Aunt. She loved to spend time with her family and especially her nieces whom she doted on. Viv also loved her pets, her gospel music and cherished her independence. She took pride in a clean and orderly home, loved to drive a new car, and was always willing to help, offer her guidance (if asked) and listen. She is the last of her generation in the Lund Family and, while her family is glad to know she is reunited with her husband, brother, sister-in-law, mother and father; her passing leaves a large hole in our lives. 

Funeral Services will be Saturday, September 23, 2023 directly at Ridge United Methodist Church: 8607 Columbia Avenue, Munster, IN 46321 with a visitation from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. when a service will be officiated by Pastor Jared Kendall.
