Thomas E. Sallay Sr., age 66, of Highland, Indiana passed away June 1, 2024 in Munster, Indiana. He was born to Edward and Margaret Sallay on October 25, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois. Tom is survived by his children: Thomas E. (Alex) Sallay Jr., Kristi (John) Bartolomucci, Nicholas (Lia) Sallay and Daniel Sallay; numerous grandchildren; sisters and brothers: Deborah Sallay, Sandra Nobles, Steven (Annie) Sallay, William (April) Sallay and Jeanne (Doug) Collins. He was preceded in death by his wonderful wife Nancy.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 1219 Sheffield Avenue, Dyer, Indiana 46311 with a Memorial Service from 5-7 p.m.

Tom honorably served in the United States Navy.
