Passed February 7, 2022.

She leaves to cherish in her memory, her son Walter Jones; 4 grandchildren: Destiny  Montgomery, Jessica Star Jones, Malleck Walter Lulic Jones, and Kaiden Ibro Lulic Jones; one great-granddaughter, Khloe Reign Unique Bruton; brother Willie Barnes and three sisters Precious Taylor, Rosemary Spann, Sabina Archer and  a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Sharon was known for her wisdom, attentiveness, spunk, and her amazing sense of humor. She could light up a room with her aurora, especially when she would tell her jokes. No matter the situation, Sherry was always positive, and knew how to bring a smile to someone’s face. She was caring, loving, and an overall social butterfly.

We expect it will take some time to adjust to her physical absence, but we are grateful she will remain with us “in spirit”.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Monday, March 7, 2022 at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 1219 Sheffield Avenue, Dyer, Indiana 46311 with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. and a service at 11:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest at Fern Oaks Cemetery in Griffith, Indiana.
