Sally A. Kent (née Kazlauski), age 79, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away after a lengthy illness with loving family by her side on February 5, 2024. She was born on October 14, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Alex and Selma (née Meska) Kazlauski. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, parents, brother Butch, and nephew James.

Sally was a strong, independent, and generous woman. She spent most of her working career as a Real Estate Agent in Louisville, Kentucky and was highly respected in her field. She cherished her weekly dinners with great friends, where they would share laughter and create lasting memories. Sally was a sports fan and loved watching televised games and the Kentucky Derby. She enjoyed shopping, peach margaritas, a good glass of wine, making derby pies, and visiting with her family.

Sally is survived by her brother Stanley (late Barbara) Kazlauski, sister Linda (Don) Turner, and many nieces and nephews. Sally was a wonderful Auntie and she will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

A memorial service to celebrate Sally’s life will be held by her family at a later date with details to be determined.
