Obituary
Robert Pfeiffer, 93, of Lynwood, Illinois passed away on August 22, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Rita (née Czarny). He is also survived by his children, Cheryl Ruthrauff, Robert (Debbie), Kathleen (Robert) Belzeski, Susan (Mike) Kaczmarczyk, Kenneth, and Thomas; 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren (with two more on the way). He was preceded in death by his parents Gilbert and Elizabeth Pfeiffer and his sister Yvonne.
Robert was a proud union man and was retired from both United States Steel and the Lansing Airport. He will be greatly missed.
A Funeral Mass will be held on August 29, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Knock Church: 163rd St, Calumet City, IL 60409. Visitation from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. prior to the Mass. A private burial will follow.
