Rebecca Gail Kubart (née Martin)

Rebecca Gail Kubart, age 68, of Schererville, Indiana was reunited with her beloved husband, Thomas Kubart Sr., in heaven, on December 30, 2025.

She was the amazing mother to Thomas (late April) Kubart Jr., Jennifer Kubart, Jessica (Gregory) Ullstam, and Jacqueline (Shawn) Jacob. The adored Mamaw to Michael, Brett, Cayden, Everett, and Maisie. The loving companion to Brian Dace. The cherished sister of Debra (late David) Nigro and Gary Sexton. The dear aunt to (late) David Nigro, Brian Sexton (Emma), Brian Habinka (Lizette), and Jon Nigro. She was preceded in death by her loving parents Robert Martin, Frances and Amburs Sexton, and dear sister Marsha (Eddie) Habinka.

Rebecca was a member of Basil Chapel United Baptist Church in Cave City, Kentucky.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Thursday, January 15, 2026 with a visitation from 4-8 p.m. and Friday, January 16, 2026 with a visitation at 9:00 a.m. and a Funeral Service 10:00 a.m. at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 1219 Sheffield Avenue, Dyer, Indiana 46311 followed by Interment Services at 12:00 noon at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois.
