Raymond P. Mika, age 89, of Calumet City, Illinois passed away January 29, 2025 in Munster, Indiana. He is survived by his sweetheart Josephine (nee Winiarczyk) whom he married in 1959; loving children: Nancy Mika and Cheryl (Jeffrey) Patterson; adored grandchildren: Alyssa (Daniel) Colbrese, Ryan Patterson and Kyle Patterson; precious great-grandchild Carter Joseph; numerous dear nieces, nephews and cousins. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents Stanley and Rose (nee Gajewski), brother Richard Mika and sister Lorraine McNulty.

Funeral Services will be Monday, February 3, 2025 at 9:45 a.m. from Castle Hill Funeral Home: 248 155th Place, Calumet City, Illinois to St. Andrew the Apostle Church for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial followed by Interment Services at Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-6 p.m. and Monday morning from 8:45 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.

Raymond was the former owner of Mika Locksmith and Hardware. He was a lifetime member of the Calumet City Lions Club (service Sunday at 4:00 p.m.).
