Phylis G. Patterson, age 77, of Hammond, Indiana passed away June 13, 2024 in Munster, Indiana. She was born to Wiley and Ethel (née Reynolds) Washington on November 19, 1946 in Madisonville, Kentucky. Phylis is survived by her beloved husband Walter and her loving family.
