Paul grew up in Roseland, Dolton, and South Holland and spent many years in the Hegewisch neighborhood of Chicago. He always enjoyed family get togethers. He was very fond of Antique cars and in fact he owned a 1931 Ford Model A Cabriolet Convertible with a rumble seat that he would take to car shows and drive in the Dolton Parade. He enjoyed photography in his younger days. He took his children camping and boating in a yellow speed boat when they were little. He had an appreciation for the Opera because his mother was an opera singer with the Lyric Opera of Chicago for 27 years. Although he was not a Veteran himself, his father and uncles were veterans and he loved helping Veterans. He also enjoyed having a Miller Lite and snacking on cashews while listening to Classic Rock. He will be deeply missed by so many. May he rest in peace.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 1219 Sheffield Avenue, Dyer, Indiana 46311 with a visitation from 3-7 p.m. Pastor Alonzo Nichols will officiate at service at 5:00 p.m.
