Obituary

Nancy A. Peterson-Liptak, age 69, of Schererville, Indiana peacefully went to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus on August 21, 2023 at Riley Hospice House in Munster, Indiana.

Nancy leaves behind beloved husband Andrew P. Liptak of 47 years; brother Carl (Debbie) Peterson; sister Janis (Hans) Kief; stepsons Shane and Shawn Liptak; lifelong best friend Valerie Newton; brother-in-law Alan Liptak; sister-in-law Lynn (Kent) Liptak Roper.

Nancy’s profession was an Operating Room Nurse for 15 years and held degrees in Nursing Science, Equine Science (Horse Training), as well as Biblical Theology.

Nancy enjoyed church choir singing, assisting in children’s ministries and helping at her church. She had a great love of the outdoors and traveling.

She was a loving wife and will greatly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Private arrangements entrusted to Castle Hill Funeral Home of Dyer, Indiana.
