Nadine Pavich Burns

Nadine Pavich Burns age 58 of Hammond, IN passed away March 12, 2018. Survived by her beloved husband and best friend James Burns of 38 glorious years. Loving children Jeremy Burns, Jamie (Chris) Rosen and Amie (Mike) Scharnke. Cherished grandchildren Austin and Connor Roses, Zak, Nolan and Clayton Scharnke. Siblings Debbie (Charlie) Tarjan and Mark Pavich. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by parents Joe and Dori Pavich.

Visitation Sunday March 18, 2018  12 noon – 4pm service to follow at 3:30 at Castle Hill Funeral home 1219 Sheffiled Ave  Dyer, IN 46311. 

Nadine loved her family, and had a passion for teaching. She loved the Chicago cubs more than life itself, along with going to the Cubs games and spring training every year. One of her proudest moments was when she receiving her Doctorate in Nursing along side with her youngest daughter Amie in 2013.
