Mary Frances Counts, best known as “Frances”, age 86, of Dyer, Indiana passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Robert and Gladys (nee Jennings) Howard on August 29, 1938 in New Market, Alabama.

Frances is survived by her beloved children Malinda (late Joseph C. Hinton Jr.) Hinton and Karen Hart; adored grandchildren: Joseph (Amanda) Hinton III, Katelyn (Tom Peters) Hinton, Reba (Zeke) Del Val, Deborah Hart, Kimberly (R.T.) Grellmen, Christian Vazquez and Mia Vazquez; cherished great-grandchildren: Dillon Jablonski, Nathaniel Hinton, Ryan Grellmen, and Zachary Grellmen. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Gladys and her brother Mylas Howard.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 1219 Sheffield Avenue, Dyer, Indiana 46311 with a visitation from 3-7 p.m.
