Marvin was a devoted Christian. He had a very strong faith that he shared with his family. He looked forward to attending church each week and doing his daily devotions with his wife.He was most happy when he was with his wife and family. Heliked watching the old versions of the game shows on tv. Marvin enjoyed being outdoors, whether camping, riding his tractor, or making treasures for the family in his workshop.
He was member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 20 and Ironworkers Local 63. Marvin was well known as a trouble-shooter and was often sent out to jobs to solve problems. Marvin was so proud of his work and often took his family to see his various completed jobs – his family fondly remembers all the drives through the area as he pointed out his accomplishments.
