Maria Guadalupe Cabrera, age 42, of Lansing, Illinois passed away Monday, April 29, 2024 at her home with her loving family at her side.

Maria is survived by her loving husband Hugo Serna; adored children: Pascual, Anarubi, Juvenal, Gaby, Hugo Jr., Victoria; father Juan Cabrera; 3 brothers and 1 sister; brother-in-law Edgar Serna and his wife Fatima whom are the Godparents of all Maria and Hugo’s children. Maria was preceded in death by her mom Graciela, brother Salvador and sister Anarubi.

Funeral Services will be Friday, May 3, 2024 at 10:45 a.m. from Castle Hill Funeral Home: 248 155th Place Calumet City, Illinois 60409 to St. Andrew the Apostle Church for a 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial followed by Graveside Services at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 3-8 p.m. and Friday morning from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
