Kehinde Adegbite (Née Banjo)

Kehinde Adegbite, 76, passed away on March 16, 2020 in Chicago IL. Wife, mother, grandmother, sister, auntie and friend. Devoted Christian, passionate about providing education to children through her school, Child Life Academy, in her native country Nigeria. She spent a lifetime serving the Children's Department at her various churches. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowie State University in Maryland and obtained teaching certifications. After which she completed several ventures before finding her calling of working with children both in the United States and Nigeria. She is survived by her husband Engr. Adegbite, daughters Tiwalade (Dotun) Taylor and Ganiyat "Faye" (Paul) Leffler, and grandchildren Daniel, Ogo, Rahmat, Ayomide and Alan.

Family and friends will celebrate her life on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 248 155th Place, Calumet City, Illinois with a visitation at 10:00 a.m. followed by an 11:00 a.m. service at the funeral home and Interment Services at Holy Cross Cemetery in Calumet City.
