Judith May Radzinski (nee Wleklinski) Obituary

Judith May Radzinski, age 91, of South Holland, Illinois passed away peacefully to her eternal life, on April 23, 2026 in Dyer, Indiana.

Judith was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward and her parents, Sylvester and Marie Wleklinski.

She is survived by her beloved children: David (Mayra), Lynn Marie and Patrice (Vince) Zubas; cherished grandchildren: Vanessa and Samuel Zubas, and Luca and Nicolas; devoted sister, Constance Doolin; numerous nieces and nephews that she adored and her loving sister-in-law Marcia Smego and brother-in-law Thomas Radzinski.

Judith was always known for her tireless devotion to her faith, family, friends and football (Purdue University and the Chicago Bears). She had a true gift for bringing people together, hosting many holiday feasts, cookouts and tailgates. She loved keeping up with all her grandchildren and their activities/interests. She treasured her Lady Lion’s Club and Calumet City Historical Society meetings and her post-church lunches with dear friends.

Judith was born in Hammond, IN, and grew up in Calumet City, IL.  She attended St. Andrews Catholic Church and School, St. Mary’s Academy in South Bend for High School, and attended Purdue University, graduating in Pharmacy and was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority.

She was owner/pharmacist of the former Burnham Pharmacy.

Judith was a member of the Calumet City Lady Lion’s Club, the Illinois Pharmacist Association and the South Suburban Pharmacist Association.
