John A. Jazak

John A. Jazak, age 62, of Calumet City, Illinois passed away at his home on June 21, 2026. He was born to Walter S. and Della C. (nee Soja) Jazak on April 1, 1964 in Hammond, Indiana, both who preceded him in death. John was also preceded in death by his brother Tom and sister Jackie.

John is survived by his brother Don and his sister-in-law Deborah; niece and nephews: Lisa, Anthony, Christopher and Kevin.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate John’s life on Friday, July 10, 2026 at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 248 155th Place, Calumet City, Illinois 60409 with a Memorial Service from 3-7 p.m.

John was a huge locomotive enthusiast.
