Jane F. Kubik-Haney (née Bezak)

Jane F. Kubik-Haney (née Bezak), age 82, formerly of Calumet City, Illinois, passed away November 18, 2022 with her loving family at her side in Warsaw, Indiana. She leaves behind her husband Dennis L. Haney; son Joseph (Jill) Kubik; daughter Janet C. Kubik; stepdaughter Amy (Kevin) Thacker; beloved grandchildren: Samantha, Nikolas, Jake, Anthony and Hunter; adored niece Kathleen Marie Sak. Jane also leaves behind many dear friends.

Jane was preceded in death by her first husband Joseph A. Kubik, brother John and sister-in-law Kathy Sak, mother Julia Trebat. 

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 1219 Sheffield Avenue, Dyer Indiana 46311 with a visitation from 5-7 p.m. and a service at 6:00 p.m.

Jane was a 40 year parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church and was the first woman president of the St. Andrew Athletic Board. She was a Calumet City Zoning Board member and Chairman for many years.
