Jan W. Kolat

Jan W. Kolat, age 61, of Highland, Indiana passed away September 10, 2023. He is survived by his beloved wife Emily (née Velasquez); cherished children Krisi (Philip) Bernardi and Kourtney (Donnie) Holifield; adored grandchildren: Ryder and Harper Holifield, Luca Bernardi; dear sister Lynn (Dan) Banier; special mother-in-law Martha Valesquez; furry friends Moose and Murphy. Jan was preceded in death by his parents Chester and Evelyn (née Roman) Kolat and father-in-law George Valesquez.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 1219 Sheffield Avenue, Dyer, Indiana 46311 with a Memorial Service from 3-7 p.m.
