Donald Howard Baxter, age 69, of Calumet City, Illinois passed away at his home on August 30, 2025. He was born to Howard and Emma J. (née Carson) Baxter on July 1, 1956 in Duluth, Minnesota.
Donald is survived by his loving children: Sean Baxter, Chad Baxter and Lynda Jordan; 4 adored grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Jody Baxter.
