Daniel J. Urbanczyk, age 65, of Hammond, Indiana passed away at his home with his loving family at his side. He was born to Raymond and Bessie Urbanczyk on July 22, 1959 in Calumet City, Illinois.

Dan is survived by his loving wife Sherry (née Clifton); brother Tom and twin brother Dave (Patricia); children: Daniel (Debbie) Urbanczyk, Jennifer Doolin and Dawn (Raul) Ramirez; grandchildren: Kimberly, Karley, Kyleigh, Madison, Destiny, Mackayla and Colt. Dan was preceded in death by parents Raymond and Bessie Urbanczyk, brother Raymond, sister Betty and brother-in-law Allen Kurowski, nephew Brian and niece Leanna.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 1219 Sheffield Avenue, Dyer, Indiana 46311 with a visitation from 4-7 p.m.
