Carol Ann Plebanski, age 79, of Calumet City, Illinois passed away on February 16, 2025 in Dyer, Indiana. She was born to Stanley and Sophia (nee Lusa) Lesnik on July 26, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois. 

Carol Ann is survived by her loving children Ken (Jacki) Plebanski and Valerie (Mike) Andrews; adored grandchildren: Cody, Joe, Austin and Ashley; and numerous dear nieces and nephews.

Carol Ann was preceded in death by her husband Stanley E. Plebanski Jr. 

Funeral Services will be Monday, February 24, 2025 at 9:45 AM from Castle Hill Funeral Home: 248 155th place, Calumet City Illinois 60409 to St. Andrew the Apostle Church for a 10 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Visitation will be Sunday from 3-8 PM and Monday from 8:45 AM until time of services at the funeral home.
