Walter "Al" Allen Huston

Walter "Al" Allen Huston, age 73, of Hammond, IN passed away on October 30, 2018. He was a graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He is survived by his brother, John "Ken" K. (Mona) Huston; sister, Mary "Kay" K. (Tom) Redmond and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

He was a member of the Corvair Auto Club, Frankfort Auto Club, Volvo Auto Club and the Old Farts Club. He was known to all for his smile. He had a love and respect for guns and enjoyed going to the shooting range. His family was his cats and they were his kids therefore we ask for donations to the Humane Society and the Wounded Warriors in his name as they were his two passions.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 1219 Sheffield Avenue, Dyer, Indiana 46311 with a Memorial Service from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. A service will begin at approximately 2:00 p.m.
