Thomas John Kubart Sr.

Thomas John Kubart Sr., age 63 of Lowell, Indiana, passed away Friday, March 8th, 2019. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather that will be missed immensely.  Thomas served honorably in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his loving wife Rebecca, his children Thomas Jr. (April) Kubart, Jennifer Kubart (Eric) , Jessica (Greg) Ullstam, and Jacqueline Kubart (Shawn), his grandchildren Brett and Cayden, and his siblings Marlene Cochran, and Ronald Kubart. He was preceded in death by his parents James Sr. and Lucille, his sister Margaret Jones, and his brother James Kubart Jr. Thomas’ biggest accomplishment was his loving family and he loved spending time with his two grandchildren.

Visitation services will be at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 248 155th Place, Calumet City, Illinois 60409 on Thursday, March 14th from 4-8PM. Funeral services will begin at Castle Hill on Friday at 10am where he will be moved to his final resting place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery on Friday morning.
