Gertrude J. Rewers (nee Szczypiorski)

Gertrude J. Rewers (nee Szczypiorski), age 93, of Elmhurst, formerly of Calumet City, Illinois passed away February 17, 2018. She is survived by her beloved children Terri (Jerry) Iaccino and Kathy (John) Felkins; cherished granddaughter Mary Kate (Jesse) Jones; dear brother-in-law Harry Fullerton; numerous special nieces and nephews. Gertrude was preceded in death by her husband Henry; sisters Celia Fullerton and Phyllis (Barney) Rakowski.

Funeral services will be Monday, February 26, 2018 at 9:45 a.m. from Castle Hill Funeral Home: 248 155th Place, Calumet City, IL 60409 to St. Andrew the Apostle Church for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial followed by Interment Services at Holy Cross Cemetery of Calumet City, IL. Visitation Sunday from 3-8 p.m. and Monday morning from 8:45 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
