Craig A. Parker Obituary

Craig A. Parker, 53 years old, of Hammond (formerly Crown Point and DeMotte) went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 30, 2018. He is survived by his son, Samuel E. Parker; Linda Earle Parker, Kelle Dunstan LaNore, Donna Dunstan, and many special family members and friends. Preceded in death by infant son Eric Parker, and his parents Richard and Patricia Parker, and Dale Dunstan.

Everyone Craig met instantly became his friend, and he was an encouragement to many. Craig loved to cook and serve others. He was an active leader in the Boy Scouts of America. He was a sheet metal worker by trade and he belonged to Local 20 and Local 265. He attended the Christian Church of DeMotte and the Hammond Baptist Church.

There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 11:30 am with a fellowship potluck carry-in lunch to follow. Family and friends may call at City Baptist Schools (former Spohn school) 4925 Sohl Ave., Hammond, Indiana (please enter door L in the back-parking area). In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family. Arrangements made by Castle Hill Funeral Home, Dyer, Indiana.
