Betty Ann Primm (nee Abney)

Betty Ann Primm (nee Abney) was born March 18, 1929 in Marion, Illinois. She passed away on March 13, 2018 at the age of 88. She lived in Crown Point upon her passing. Preceded in death by her infant son James, beloved husband of 53 years, Cletus Primm, 2 grandsons, Scotty Beam and Justin Johnson. She is survived by her 2 sons, Terry and John Primm of Griffith; 2 daughters, Rita Primm of Griffith and Sharon Beam of Highland; 6 grandchildren, Terry Primm Jr., Jason Johnson, Gary Johnson, Matthew Johnson, Alicia Moore and Michelle Widing; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mary Land of Johnson City, Illinois and Dorothy Triban of Tennessee. 

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Monday, March 19, 2018 from 2-5 p.m. at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 1219 Sheffield Avenue, Dyer, Indiana 46311. A service will begin at 5:00 p.m. Burial will be in Marion, Illinois at Rose Hill Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband.

Betty was a woman of her era. She was a stay at home mom who took good care of her children and husband. Betty was a life long Christian. She will be greatly missed by her family.
