Lucille Yvonne Pelletier (nee Gagnon)

Lucille Yvonne Pelletier (nee Gagnon), age 83, of Hammond, Indiana passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011. She is survived by her beloved children: Rachelle (William) Prosk, Robert (Debbie) Pelletier, Marcel (Peggy) Pelletier and Therese (Mike) Liesenfelt; cherished grandchildren: Ted, Lisa, Jeremy, Jill, Randy, Bill, Joe, Tammy, Ed, Sean, Zach, Kim, Michelle, Kent and Chris; 20 adored great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; dear brothers and sister: Jerry (Mickey) Gagnon, Lorraine (Robert) Van Compernolle and Claude (Rita) Gagnon; numerous fond nieces and nephews. Lucille was preceded in death by her husband Philippe, son Joseph (Sharon) Pelletier, parents Yvonne and Wilfred Gagnon, sister Aline Eldridge and daughter-in-law Sharon M. (nee Gutraj) Pelletier.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 9:15 am from Castle Hill Funeral Home: 248 155th Place, Calumet City, Illinois to St. Victor Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am followed by interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday from 3-9 pm.

Lucille was a parishioner of St. Victor Church, a choir member and a Eucharistic Minister. She was a talented artist and seamstress who loved the finer things of life, music, dancing and the Olympics.
