Joyal P. Payne, age 70, of Hammond, Indiana passed away September 11, 2017. The most kind and loving father, grandfather and friend there was. He is survived by his daughter Vanessa Lewis; son-in-law Leslie Lewis; grandchildren: Brooke and Rhett Cobb, Jacob, Corey and Leslie Lewis; girlfriend Rhonda Halper; sisters: Laverne Miller and Gaynelle (Gene) Autrey, brothers: Ricky Payne and Jeff (Kay) Payne. Joyal was preceded in death by his son Brett P. Payne, mother Aurean Buchanan Payne, brothers: Chad, Jerry, Thomas and Donnie Payne.
Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate his life with a Memorial Service on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 248 155th Place, Calumet City, IL 60409.
