John R. Sulkowski "Jack", age 80, of Dyer, Indiana, formerly of Lansing, IL passed away September 25, 2015. He is survived by his loving children: Jackie Thompson and John N. (Kerri) Sulkowski; cherished grandchildren: Andrew (Michelle) Sulkowski, Alec Thompson, Jack Sulkowski and Max Sulkowski; dear sister Carol Gallo; numerous special nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his beloved wife of over 40 years, Mary Ann.

Jack was raised in the South Side of Chicago. He retired from U.S. Steel and was an avid fisherman and traveler. He was a loving father, grandfather and a great friend to many. Jack will always be remembered by his loving family and many of his great long time friends.
