Jane T. Kubik (nee Charbonneau)

Jane T. Kubik (nee Charbonneau), age 81, of Calumet City, Illinois passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018. She is survived by her loving children: Edward "Tony" (Judie) Kubik, Jeffery Kubik, Susan Kubik, Patricia (Jim) Galis and James Kubik; 16 cherished grandchildren and 18 precious great-grandchildren; numerous dear nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. from Castle Hill Funeral Home: 248 155th Place, Calumet City, IL 60409 to St. Andrew the Apostle Church for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial followed by Interment Services at Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday from 3-8 p.m. and Thursday from 8:45 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
