Irene D. Machnikowski (nee Wincenciak)

Irene D. Machnikowski (nee Wincenciak), age 90, of Dyer, Indiana, formerly of Calumet City and Hegewisch, Illinois passed away February 12, 2018. She is survived by her beloved son Leonard (Janice); cherished grandchildren: Dawn (John) Romano, Leonard J. (Julie), Marc (Krystal) and Ashley Machnikowski and Natalie Erick; precious great-grandchildren: Dominic, Vanessa and Vinny Romano and Austin Erick; dear siblings: Eddie Wincenciak and Wanda Bugajski; son-in-law Carl Cortopassi; numerous special nieces and nephews. Irene was preceded in death by her husband Leonard E. Machnikowski; daughter Nancy Cortopassi; grandchild Kathy Machnikowski; siblings: John, Stanley and Stella.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, February 17, 2018 directly at St. Maria Goretti Church: 500 Northgate Drive, Dyer, Indiana with a Mass Of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. followed by Interment Services at Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation Friday at Castle Hill Funeral Home: 1219 Sheffield Avenue, Dyer Indiana from 3-8 p.m. and Saturday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass.
